Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the order if the product delivered is damaged, defective, incorrect, or does not match the order placed.

To qualify for a refund, the item must be returned in its original condition, unused, unwashed, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories included.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be approved. Refunds are processed only after verification that the product meets return conditions.

Products that show signs of use, washing, damage caused by the customer, or missing original packaging may not qualify for refund.

Sale items, discounted products, and special promotional purchases may not be eligible for refund unless there is a product defect or delivery error.

As we currently offer Cash on Delivery, approved refunds will be arranged through a mutually agreed payment method after return verification.

Customers are requested to contact our support team before sending any item back so proper return instructions can be provided.
